Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a spot purchase is refundable. A spot purchase has two parts: the spot price (the cost of the spot itself) and any platform fee applied to the transaction. The table below sets out how each part is treated in each scenario.

Refund and cancellation scenarios
Scenario Spot price Platform fee
Break runs and you receive your cards Final sale, no refund Non-refundable
Fulfillment failure (lost, damaged, missing, or wrong) Made whole (refund or replacement) Refunded
A break does not take place Refunded Refunded

Final sale once a break runs. When a break runs as intended and you receive the cards from your spot, the physical product is final sale and is not refundable.

Governing principle

The platform fee is refundable when a break does not deliver as intended, whether through a fulfillment failure or a break that does not take place, and is non-refundable when the break runs and you receive your cards. All spot purchases are otherwise final.

Fulfillment issues

If cards from your spot arrive lost, damaged, missing, or wrong, we will make you whole through a refund or replacement. Contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

When a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method.
